Games

Publish your game and keep your copyright.

REZICS contracts with independent creators to publish games and visual novels. Players get DRM free files and updates. You get an itemized settlement statement and one identity connecting all your works.

Rights

What you keep and what you license

  • Copyright

The game remains yours. REZICS receives a nonexclusive license to host, sell, and deliver files for the agreed period and regions.

  • Separate approval

Translations, adaptations, major changes, new editions, and using your work to train AI require separate approval.

  • License declaration

The license you declare for a work is recorded with its version, scope, and declaration date.

  • End of contract

New sales stop as agreed, and earned amounts are settled. Players keep their license under the original terms and applicable law.

Settlement

Every item on your settlement, clearly listed.

  1. Amount paid by players
  2. SubtractTaxes collected
  3. SubtractPayment processing and collection fees
  4. SubtractRefunds and chargebacks
  5. EqualsNet revenue
  6. Your share

No item is deducted twice. Server and hosting costs, salaries, marketing, and REZICS income taxes are not deducted from your revenue.

If a reserve is required, its basis, amount or cap, review date, and release rules are stated.

Example settlement statement. Transaction fees, sales regions, and adjustments depend on the contract.

Before you sell, make the details clear.

Demos, descriptions, screenshots, and compatibility details must be accurate. List any external account or runtime before purchase. Disclose AI use accurately. Adult rated works cannot be listed.

One identity

One identity connects everything you make.

Games you develop, novels you write, soundtracks you compose, and anime you voice are all connected to one identity. Players who follow you can see your new work and announcements.

Community and site

Give your game a community and a site.

Create a Realm for players to talk and a Zone for the official site. Add announcements, release records, and update notes to the catalog. Players who follow your game receive notices in their language.

Prepare a release kit with images, a description, and a schedule before a new edition launches. Media and players can cite it. You can also use the local toolkit to read your script, organize characters and events, and build the game’s Wiki+. The full script is never sent to REZICS.

Your work stays yours, and the numbers are clear.

Find releases, track playthroughs, write reviews, and buy games from independent creators with one account.
